Grant Guidelines

PTC grants serve to enrich the academic and co-curricular experiences of students at Needham High by providing small grants for programs not funded through the school’s budget. 

Any faculty or staff member may apply for a PTC grant that benefits students or the school community and infrastructure at large. 

Curriculum-specific requests require approval of the appropriate department head. 

Proposals should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of any proposed project. Expenses from projects that have already taken place will not be reimbursed.

To apply for a grant, complete the application below. The PTC Grants Committee will look at the number of students served and/or long term viability of each request and award accordingly. Applicants will hear withing a week of submission whether their request has been accepted, declined, or funded in part.
